About Bisha: Since 2012, Bisha has explored yoga beyond traditional asana, focusing on movement, function and mindfulness. Passionate about making yoga accessible and sustainable, she emphasises building strong foundations, understanding biomechanics and inviting students to let the practice meet their bodies. She blends dynamic Vinyasa flows, restorative practices, and meditation to create a well-rounded experience. In 2025, she is leading her first Yoga Teacher Training, with a vision to inspire and grow the community of skilled yoga teachers in Pakistan.
