On this episode, We spoke with Dr.Nirja Gajjar on our 34th episode and loved hearing her perspective on yoga! About Dr. Nirja: Dr. Nirja is a physical therapist, personal trainer, and yoga teacher. She was born in the Uk but raised in Pearl, Mississippi. As a fitness and wellness coach, she has always had a passion for movement dating back to when she was a toddler. Growing up, Dr. Nirja studied classical Indian dance, Bollywood fusion dance, and yoga. She is also trained in Women’s Health and enjoys working with women pre and postpartum. She enjoys treating her clients holistically, focusing on not just the body but also the mind.
