Vanakkam/ Namaste/Hello Everyone! We are back after a long hiatus to share another episode of #insidethemindsofgreatyogis. In this episode, We spoke with Rasika on the 88th episode and loved hearing her perspective on yoga! About Rasika: Rasika is a certified ‘Yoga Siromani’ from Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre, and completed her Advanced Teacher Training in Vinyasa Krama tradition under the tutelage of Srivatsa Ramaswami, the longest standing disciple of Sri.T.Krishnamacharya. She's also a mom of 2, and genuinely believes that parenting is the highest form of yoga. After a successful corporate stint lasting for 8 years, she decided to leave it all behind to follow her passion of teaching yoga, and founded Methuselah Yoga & Life. With about 10 years of teaching behind her, Rasika believes that there is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to health, fitness and spiritual growth. That empathy shines through in her teaching, which beautifully balances effort and ease. She teaches vinyasa, restorative & yin practices, guided meditation, breathwork and pre-natal yoga. She is currently pursuing her Level 2 Ayurveda, and seamlessly weaves in practical ayurvedic knowledge into her lifestyle and teaching. A big thank you to Rasika for joining us in our 88th episode of #insidethemindsofgreatyogis and for giving us her valuable time. We hope we can do this again! Hear Rasika's perspective on yoga and the prominence of Ayurveda!
