YogagirlahaM is a Yoga teacher based out of Chennai, India. She's been teaching the art of Yoga to people all over the world. Her approach to life is very similar to the approach she has to towards Yoga, which is why she shifted her primary base of profession from writing and directing films to teaching and spreading the art of Yoga. Her way of teaching is inclusive and passionate, which makes her students dedicate themselves to this artform in mental, physical and a spiritual level, thereby benefiting everyone around. She's a registered Yoga teacher with 400 hours of training, a certified Antenatal teacher, a certified Kids Yoga teacher and also a certified Pilates trainer. She started off Teaching for a very modest number of people, and as the words spread, she now has a community of people from different parts of the world , benefitting out of her knowledge sharing Yoga sessions.
