Before joining the Mint in 2008, he held key roles at Oasis Corporation and Pinnacle Data Systems. At the Mint, Don helps oversee coin production across multiple facilities, ensuring efficiency and innovation in minting processes. His expertise spans high-speed manufacturing, precision engineering, and operational strategy.
