Insomnia is a common problem in the society today in all age groups and many people resort to taking sleeping medications to be able to sleep. This is not without consequences which some people are not aware of or some choose to ignore. It cannot be ruled out either that some people are not aware that there are other options to treat their insomnia. This episode enlightens on all of this and answers the question of whether sleeping pills are always the answer for insomnia.
