What beautiful things were created out of the pain or trauma you have gone through? Instead of allowing the pain to hold you back, empower yourself and be inspired by the fire to create something amazing. In this episode, I am joined by the incredible Leo Savage, an inspiring man who understands life and fitness on a deeper level. After experiencing personal hardship, Leo created a flow of physical expression for his own emotional healing, an expression which he called Steel Mace Flow. Since introducing Steel Mace Flow to the world, Leo has attracted many clients including Onnit founder, Aubrey Marcus, to the benefits of looking at fitness as an artistic, physical expression. What started as a way out of depression and pain for one, now is an established movement practice and education system that welcomes all. Leo spends his days flowing at Onnit Gym ATX and continues to be a trailblazing leader that guides others toward freedom through Steel Mace Flow.Leo and I talk about so many important topics and concepts throughout this conversation.
