Inspired By Fire with Leo Savage

from Ignite the Spark Within

What beautiful things were created out of the pain or trauma you have gone through? Instead of allowing the pain to hold you back, empower yourself and be inspired by the fire to create something amazing.  In this episode, I am joined by the incredible Leo Savage, an inspiring man who understands life and fitness on a deeper level. After experiencing personal hardship, Leo created a flow of physical expression for his own emotional healing, an expression which he called Steel Mace Flow. Since introducing Steel Mace Flow to the world, Leo has attracted many clients including Onnit founder, Aubrey Marcus, to the benefits of looking at fitness as an artistic, physical expression. Who knew that being left with next to nothing led to the creation of something that would not only change Leo’s life, but the lives of people all over the world. What started as a way out of depression and pain for one, now is an established movement practice and education system that welcomes all. Leo spends his days flowing at Onnit Gym ATX and continues to be a trailblazing leader that guides others toward freedom through Steel Mace Flow.Leo and I talk about so many important topics and concepts throughout this conversation. Leo tells his story of creating Steel Mace Flow, what flow means to him, the importance of addressing and uncovering adult trauma, how to stop living with a victim mindset, and so much more. I encourage you to listen to this episode with an open heart, mind, and curiosity towards new perspectives. Tune in and listen to episode 15 of Ignite the Spark Within, to learn how Steel Mace Flow changed Leo’s life and his incredible insights on life, fitness, and self-discovery.  In This Episode, You Will Learn:Leo’s journey to creating Steel Mace Flow and what it is (6:12)How everything connected in life is in flow (21:21)Leo’s beliefs about individuality and self-discovery (37:13)Our discussion on the progression of technology (52:31)That forgiveness doesn’t have an end date (1:02:20)Connect with Leo InstagramWebsiteLet's connect!Email: [email protected] InstagramFacebook Support this show http://supporter.acast.com/ignite-the-spark-within.
