Today’s #SwoulSisters segment will inspire and encourage you to not lose heart if you are going through hard times. In The book of Daniel, we read in chapter 3 that Jesus was in the fire with Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego. Even with the fire blazing and impending death, SM&A were faithful and trusted God. Not knowing the outcome at that moment, except certainty that the fire will kill them, they still refused to bow down to any other gods except their God. Verse 18: “But even if he does not, we want you to know, Your Majesty, that we will not serve your gods or worship the image of gold you have set up.” . Sometimes, we don’t see why we go through certain seasons in our lives. But we can be like SM&A and hold onto our faith and trust in God’s plan and His timing. Even when the outcome doesn’t look promising. Obedience....We may not be able to control our situation, but we can be obedient and pray. . “Swoul Sisters” empowers women to be strong in spirit and body.
