Our mission is to help self-identified women and non-binary folx empower themselves on their wellness journey in two ways:  1. The first, through education on the Inspiring Insights Show for a healthier, more inclusive world. We host weekly discussions with practitioners on various modalities and healing techniques.  2. The second, through our referral network of over 20+ alternative wellness practitioners. We direct clients to the right care for what they are looking for and help to connect practitioners to each other. We provide client feedback along the way so that practitioners can improve their own practice.   Reawaken Co.'s Values: - We amplify the voices of self-identified women and non-binary folx. - We value the synergy of doing and completing work together, and that being in the company of like-minded individuals can inspire more change than we can each do alone. - We recognize the value of each individual life and we see that historically, womxn have been marginalized in wellness spaces.  - We recognize the intersectionality of skin colour, gender expression, sexuality, ethnicity and its effects on the continued oppression of folx navigating AND working within the wellness framework. We prioritize anti-racism and anti-oppression in the work we do. - We value proactive versus reactive care. - We value the importance of knowledge, be it experiential, ancestral, and academic in the furthering of wellness.   #inspiringinsights @reawaken_co
