Instability

In this sermon, Charles Spurgeon warns that being unstable or constantly changing in your faith and actions means you won't succeed as a Christian. He describes three types of unstable people: true Christians who keep changing their minds about beliefs and give up on good works too quickly, fake Christians who act religious on Sundays but live sinfully during the week, and non-religious people who only turn to God when they're scared but then forget their promises.
