Insurance Issues

Hey, everybody, it's Bob McCranie with Texas Pride Realty. And your realty idea of the day is homeowners insurance. I can't talk. Homeowners insurance is an important thing. So in Texas, and this is where I want you to have an insurance person be on your video with you or interview an insurance person for this one. In Texas, there's an A policy and a B policy. A policy is what we're all used to. Your home is insured for everything except for acts of war. Policy B is you're insured for fire, theft, and tornadoes. You're not insured for anything else. So here we have an inclusive policy, that's the policy A, and an exclusive policy, which is policy B. I would want to have an insurance guy talking about this because he's gonna know more than me and I would sit through and interview them and then send it out to my sphere and send it on my social media and advertise for both of us.
