Insurrection Act of 1807

The Insurrection Act of 1807 is the U s. Federal law which empowers the president of the United States to nationally deploy the U.S. military and federalize the National Guard of different states in specific circumstances. My question is, what's going on that would require the president to even be talking invoking the insurrection Act?🙄Is the United States being invaded? Is there rebellion against federal authority? Trump is the issue and problem, what does he have against the Federal Government? Trump is the Rebellion! Trump doesn't even Respect the United States Constitution!
