In the first segment of the interview, Colson discusses how he got his start in market research, and what led him to take over the family business. Colson also talks about the history of Communications For Research, and how it has evolved over the years. The guys then get into a deep discussion about how the current COVID-19 pandemic has impacted Colson’s business.
