Intelligence services ravaged by corruption, nepotism and lack of accountability

Inspector General of Intelligence, Setlhomamaru Dintwe, has painted a picture of intelligence services ravaged by corruption, nepotism and lack of accountability. Dintwe - whose office is mandated to conduct oversight over civilian state security, crime and defence intelligence, was testifying at the State Capture Commission for a second time on Wednesday.
