Intended for Good

‘You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good—to accomplish what is now being done.’  Genesis 50:20 The Joseph Story, Genesis 37-50. We know more about Joseph than almost anyone else in the bible. We know about his dysfunctional childhood. Sibling hostility and rivalry. We know the truth behind the accusations and imprisonment. We know the heart behind his leadership choices. And we see a life come full circle. If you stop in the middle, you won’t get it. You have to read to the end. What do you not understand about what God is doing in your life? About His timing in your life? Read the Joseph story, Genesis 37-50. But before that, consider Romans 8:28, and Jeremiah 29:11.
