Interactions With Law Enforcement (Part 2)

Leading up to our series on the US Constitution in relation to the 1st, 4th, and 5th Amendments, the guys continue their discussion on best practices when interacting with law enforcement. How to establish your current level of seizure under the fourth amendment, are you being detained, arrested or are you free to go?  What is a "Terry" stop and what is permissible therein?  When and how is it appropriate to speak with law enforcement?  Always ask for an attorney. Never consent to any searches. Be as respectful and reasonably compliant as possible, continue to object to any unlawful orders or searches/seizures, but NEVER resist or touch any law enforcement officers or agents.
