InterBrews 074: Dean, John & Logan at New Republic Brewing Company

Four Years and Counting Beer, Music, Good People Episode 74 of InterBrews was recorded at New Republic Brewing Company in College Station. John Januskey, Logan Respess and Dean Brundage were our guests and we talked about a little bit of everything. Logan wowed us with his indepth yeast knowledge. John talked about the brewery’s roots and gave a rundown of all their delicious beers as well as a beer and food pairing combo with Go Go Apple Squeeze furnished by Cassie.. Dean gave us philosophical as well as financial advice on opening a business and gave a few book recommendations as well as insight into the brewery’s musical guest.
