Dave has now been in Houston for a year after growing up in Cincinnati, OH and going to school and learning how to brew in Knoxville, TN. Although he started as a Volunteer (pun intended) in the craft beer business, he is now at the forfront of a whole new concept of brewing with Whole Foods.
