Learn more at https://interfaithhealthcenter.org/  In November 2005, following a successful capital campaign, InterFaith Health Center moved its medical, dental, and mental health services into one location on Middlebrook Pike, allowing them to serve more patients.  The Center places a strong emphasis on preventative care and is able to offer an array of services on site such as dermatology, minor surgery, injections, bracing, biopsies, wound care, breathing treatments, physical therapy, laboratory testing, x-rays, diagnosis and treatment for both acute and chronic conditions.
