A new book encourages readers to look beyond buildings’ facades.  It’s called Interior Landmarks: Treasures of New York. On this week's Cityscape, we're talking with the book's authors, Judith Gura and Kate Wood.

City Hall continually failed to balance budgets and turned to austerity, privatization, and sheer negligence when it came to running city services.
