There’s an incredible tool my sister shared with me last year that has helped me navigate unconscious behaviors and reclaim all my parts. (The little Crystals) as she calls them. I was so excited when Bethany agreed to do this podcast with me because we have these deep conversations over Marco Polo all the time -and you get a little glimpse into them now!! Bethany is my younger sister by 1 year and 11 months and we have had every kind of relationship you can imagine between siblings lol. She has always been intuitive, fun, loves animals, and a loyal friend. After she left her corporate career she started her own business that has been extremely successful, allowing for her to provide employment and learning for so many people, and also allowing for her husband to quit his job and come work for her!
