Tisha Shull is a licensed clinical mental health counselor in private practice in Burlington, Vermont. She has practiced Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy since she was a clinical intern in 2009. She is co-host of the popular IFS Podcast, IFS Talks and has been a Program Assistant for IFS Level 1 and Level 2 trainings many times internationally. In her practice, Tisha specializes in treating complex trauma and combining IFS with Cranial Sacral Therapy as well as Past Life Regression.  In her personal life, Tisha is a single mom, raising a wonderful daughter and many stellar animals. Before she was a  counselor she worked as a carpenter and tile mason. Currently she spends her free time reading, making art, rock climbing and back-country snowboarding.
