International Day of the Victims of Enforced Disappearances

Running with Rosea dedicated today's show to United Nation's International Day of the Victims of Enforced Disappearance. As a special guest we had Joel Ramirez, Jurisprudence graduate of Rosario University, Colombia LL.M graduate in Human Rights and Transitional Justice from Ulster University, Northern Ireland and member of the International Legal Clinic in University of Rosario and currently a lecturer in thissame University. During the show, Joel and Paola discussed Enforced Disappereance cases that have taken place in Colombia and the world, the different legal frameworks and the situations victims must deal with with when this type of crime against humanity is comitted.
