International Fund for Agricultural Development launches web based tool

The world's first web-based tool designed to collect and share agricultural development solutions for developing countries has recently been launched by the the International Fund for Agricultural Development, IFAD. The Rural Solutions portal is expected to facilitate peer-to-peer learning and encourage the cross-fertilization of ideas in the agricultural sector.
