It's a day to respect a trans person's human rights.For Ally Phillips this is just one day of 365 days a year that  all of us should show our understanding and compassion, and embrace trans men and women who add so much to the life of every community.  Ally talks about his decision to transition, what its means to his mental health and the disovery of his faith.
