International Women's Day - My Perspective

Happy International Women's Day! This is a day to not only celebrate the women but to continue the conversation for the rest of the year. I share some of my perspective change. Coming from communities and work environments that were mostly male-dominated to working at Lululemon with majority female, interviewing strong women, and learning from them along the way!
