Late Nights at Blockbuster “Once you are a parent, you are a ghost of your children’s future.” Our newest Late Nights at Blockbuster is the 2014 Christopher Nolan movie, Interstellar. This was high on both of our Christopher Nolan movie rankings that we did last summer. The movie is described by Byers as, “The first time watching it is 98% emotional gut punch while the other 2% is trying to figure out what is going on.” We discuss the Nolan effect and our experiences watching it for the first time. Our discourse always wound up returning to Coop watching the messages from his kids scene, with good reason. If you loved TARS, there is plenty here for you to enjoy.
