Fasten ist voll im Trend! Die Entlastung unserer Leber hat erhebliche Auswirkungen auf unseren Körper. Meine ganz persönliche Erfahrung nach mittlerweile 16 Jahren Intervallfasten: Wir werden fiter, jünger, glücklicher! Doch welche Form des Fastens passt am besten zu mir und meinem Alter? Das Prinzip 16:8 ist die häufigste Definition vom intermittierenden Fasten: Auf 8 Stunden pro Tag verteilt sollte ich meine Mahlzeiten einnehmen, um meinem Verdauungstrakt dann eine 16-stündige Pause zu gönnen. Die ayurvedische Lehre kennt diesen Rhythmus der Ernährungsfrequenz schon seit über 3.000 Jahren. Sie empfiehlt allerdings ein Verhältnis von 14:10 oder 12:12 und beschreibt gesundheitliche Vorteile, da die Leber entlastet wird und wir unser Gewicht gut regulieren können. Wir sprechen auch darüber, welche Nahrungsmittel wir zu welcher Tageszeit bevorzugen sollten - Industriezucker ist es nicht, wie Ihr Euch vorstellen könnt. Mein Tipp: Probieren geht über Studieren! Also: Testet verschieden lange Intervallphasen aus und schaut, womit ihr Euch am besten fühlt. Ihr werdet staunen, welche Effekte Intervallfasten auf Euer Leben haben wird!
