Interventions Post Catheter Removal (iPCaRe) Decision Support Tool

In this episode of WOCTalk, we sit down with Sandra Engberg, PhD, RN, CRNP, FAAN, Co-Chair of the iPCaRe Task Force and Mikel Gray, PhD, FNP, PNP, CUNP, CCCN, FAANP, FAAN to discuss a recently released WOCN algorithm titled Interventions Post Catheter Removal (iPCaRe) Decision Support Tool.  The Interventions Post Catheter Removal (iPCaRe) Decision Support Tool is a consensus-based algorithm for acute care settings focusing on patient assessment and the selection and use of bladder management strategies after indwelling urinary catheter removal.
