She has made her way through the industry by creating programs and processes for non-profits, Fortune 500 companies and most recently for the Episcopal diocese of Washington DC. Within the past year she was awarded for her efforts in developing a Human Resources department for their congregation in 2019. One thing I love about Rashena is that she uses her relationship with the Lord to determine her every move in business. This year she decided to make a move by opening her own business to help and serve others in the same way she has for larger corporations.
