Interview #532 w/ Chris Schweizer | Outlaw's Apprentice

from Keeping it Geekly · host Cody

We have the opportunity to chat with Chris Schweizer about Outlaw's Apprentice and their experience creating #webcomics! Check the links below to stay in touch with their future works! Outlaw's Apprentice is a swashbuckling fantasy series inspired in no small part by the history, culture, and geography of my own region (the Southeastern US, and more specifically greater Appalachia), but thrown in a pot with romantic swashbucklers, chambara, westerns, kung fu movies, and my favorite type of story, the “helpful stranger comes to a town imperiled” yarn. This is the first of seven planned books following teenaged artist Otis as he learns how to fight and survive under the tutelage of Erska, a former mercenary to whom he’s apprenticed as an artisan before injustice forces them on the run. 🔗 - https://www.webtoons.com/en/canvas/outlaws-apprentice/list?title_no=1128668 --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Chris' Social Media Platforms Bsky - https://bsky.app/profile/schweizercomics.bsky.social Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/schweizercomics/ --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Check out my Linktree for a listing of all of my social media platforms to stay up to date - https://linktr.ee/keepingitgeekly Intro Music - https://twitter.com/PersyThePianist | http://linktr.ee/PersyNotes Background Music - [FREE] Kota The Friend Type Beat - "Laid Back" - Kota https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QIY19VZa3FY&t=83s To buy me a coffee, feel free to hit up my Ko-fi - https://ko-fi.com/keepingitgeekly
