We usually talk about that in respect of the need for pastors, and we do need pastors. However, as more people realize how bad the public education system is, and how much better Christian education is, we are finding we need more Christian school teachers as well.The main theme of what we talked about is, I think, the kind of discipleship that needs to happen in our lives and in our churches to produce more young people available to serve in this way.
