Steven David Lampley is a former police officer and undercover SVU detective. He was the negotiating and arresting officer of The Clairemont Killer, featured on America’s Most Wanted, Investigation Discovery, and other outlets. He was also the arresting officer of a fugitive on Canada’s Most Wanted list. He has appeared on Nancy Grace’s Crime Stories, spoken at CrimeCon, and is author of numerous books.He is also the founder of the Oliphant Institute that allows students to learn various skills in the true-crime world without having to work through a degree. The institute features classes like Serial Killer Profiling 101 and How to Catch a Liar, all for the low price of $20 a class.
