Interview- Jonah Laurich: "One Bite at a Time"

from In Flux

In this interview, I spoke with a life long friend, Jonah has been pursuing his passion and interests making music for the past few years, just recently releasing his newest song "At My Door" on all platforms. In this episode, we discuss the importance of taking the process one step at a time, as becoming good at something is not an overnight thing. We also went over the importance of keeping good friends in your circle. You become who you spend the most of your time with. And to wrap things up, we discuss the importance of moderation. Not only over habits that are negative, but moderation in life. If you spend all of your time and energy on one thing, it can be bad, no matter what that thing is.
