Finnish melancholic death and doom masters, Swallow the Sun will release their brand-new album, ‘Shining’ on October 18th, 2024, via Century Media Records. An album that explores the intrinsic challenges of being human. Which, unsurprisingly, gives Shining a certain level of intangibility as the subjects and themes are so broad. Yet, also unsurprisingly, this examination of being human comes in the form of deep, rich, epic, and infectious melancholy.
