In this episode I'm delighted to speak with my dear friend and revered colleague, Karen Kirkness.  Karen's background is in yoga, art, and clinical anatomy.  She is the recent author of the ground-breaking book: 'Spiral Bound', and creator of  ‘The 5 Filaments Theory’ of how our anatomy naturally expresses itself in a spiral motif.
