Our social media feed is consistently bombarded with new types of guards, submissions, and snippets of grappling instructional narrated with an exaggerated amount of Japanese terms, all regurgitated in some version of a thick American accent.             Most grapplers would agree - partly thanks to the growth of social media and technology- that grappling is in a constant state of evolution, and keeping your finger on the pulse of a plethora of techniques can be a daunting and seemingly unattainable task.            Some, however, grow alongside the rapid, constant evolutionary trajectory -filtering through the nonsense and creatively building upon what is genuinely applicable under the chaos of high-level competition.            In this episode, we jump into the mind of Keanoush & Carmichael, two individuals who live at the point of the evolutionary spear of the grappling game. These are the co-owners and founders of Ground Game Theory - one of Miami's premier grappling gyms.             Ground Game Theory is tucked away behind a door within an elite CrossFit gym in the Suburbs of Miami, Florida.
