Interview: Life of a modern day agent - Bradley Halsman

Joel sat down with Bradley Halsman, director at InMotion Sports Agency, to talk about life as an agent. Bradley previously played for Aberdeen, Motherwell and Partick Thistle. Following his release from the Jags he started up an analysis business as well as 1-2-1 Sports Coaching, the largest provider of individual football coaching in Scotland. Joel asks him about his progression from professional footballer into business and then the transition into becoming an agent. Bradley provides insight into how transfers work, contracts are negotiated, clients are brought on board and the work agents do for players behind the scenes.
