She has what is commonly referred to as a “portfolio career” by using her talents and experiences in various employment settings.Currently, Mrs. Punter-Dailey is a leadership development facilitator and trainer on various topics such as sexual harassment in the workplace, diversity and inclusion, professional etiquette, emotional intelligence, and stress management. An adjunct instructor of higher learning Lisa is also a certified mental health instructor, driver’s education instruction, conducts vision board workshops, and a career development coach. Lisa has been an invited speaker to educational programs and faith-based organizations and is a self-published author of Contingency Planning in Today’s Workplace: Keeping your head above water and Occupassion: where passion and career meet (available on Lulu.com and Amazon).Previously Lisa was recognized as an Achiever in Industry by the Harlem YMCA and was the former State of Maryland Representative for Celebrate Recovery Inside a 12-step faith-based program within correctional facilities. Lisa holds a graduate degree in healthcare administration and is a proud alumnus of Morgan State University. Professionally Ms. Dailey has held roles in multiple industries including higher education, healthcare delivery systems, nonprofit organizations, and government agencies. Lisa has been active on the Board of Directors with Suited to Succeed, Maryland Career Development Association, and Maryland Chapter of Association of Talent Development.Lisa is married to Rodney Dailey and has two young adult children.
