Vanessa Hiltz, is a former resident of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, who moved to Detroit in 2002. Her background experience was in corporate America in the insurance industry working with seniors Citizens, she found her passion. Upon moving to Detroit, she noticed a dire need for seniors, Veterans, disabled, youth and families finding resources and getting the help needed to address their life difficulties, individual concerns and problems. Inspired by this need Vanessa gave birth to those problem-solving issues. In 2011 Total One Resources was incorporated as a nonprofit organization established to provide community resources and behavioral health services for people of all ages.
