Interview of Faith N3 Full Circle Foundation

Mary Fodell, a retired Grosse Pointe Public School art teacher, founded Full Circle Foundation when she realized the difficulty her special needs daughter, Amy had in finding employment after graduating from high school. Mary’s vision and hard work culminated in the creation of a resale shop inside Grosse Pointe North High School where adults with Special Needs could gain employment skills and work experience. Through Mary’s faith, love and determination to fill a need for these individuals with job training and employment strongly believed and knew the valuable contribution they would make in the community. So, began the partnership between Full Circle Foundation, Grosse Pointe Public School System and the Arc which is still an active partner of the foundation to this day.
