Join host Graeme Gherashe as he talks with Peter O’Neill, the local driving force behind the long-term vision for the Epicentre proposal at the Bombo Quarry site. The potential Epicentre would be a community site of facilities that could cater for a wide variety of entertainment - music festivals, caravan and boat shows and different creative fairs - anything that attracts large crowds and needs dedicated infrastructure. It would also include a community centre for the creative arts with practical workshops and facilities.
Host Madeleine Scarfe also speaks with Rod Cork from the Illawarra Folk Club, Tamara Campbell and Dave Evans from Kiss Arts Fest and Becky Guggisberg from Kiama Jazz and Blues Festival about their ideas surrounding the proposal.
