INTERVIEW: Petrol spike adds to taxi industry costs burden – could fares go up?

The war in Iran has seen high petrol prices translate to higher fuel prices at service stations across the country. The federal government is urging Australian motorists to not panic buy following reports of some stations running out of fuel, while others introduce rations. The effects are being felt in many industries – from airlines and fishers to truck and taxi drivers.
