Interview: Tesla takes Bruce closer to personal goal of living fossil fuel free

Tatura's Bruce Gill (pictured) has long wanted to be as fossil fuel free as possible and his "new" (it's a 2018 model) Tesla takes him much closer to that goal. The research scientist came to Tatura decades ago to work on the Goulburn Valley's then-salinity problem and he now works on broader agriculture issues. Bruce has been pursuing the fossil-free lifestyle for a long time and the Tesla is the latest iteration of low-carbon emitting vehicles he has owned, and clearly the best. He has travelled to Brisbane and back and was not troubled in finding places to charge the car.
