Teenage offenders are assaulting and robbing people after using hook-up apps like Grindr to lure their victims. In some cases, the attacks are filmed and then uploaded to social media. There's also been an increase in street attacks involving teenage offenders. The CEO of Thorne Harbour Health in Melbourne, Simon Ruth, is calling for a nationally coordinated response and he's speaking here to Greg Dyett.
