Aysha is the co-owner of the Northeast Atlanta division of Spherion Staffing & Recruiting, which is the nation's most awarded staffing agency. She’s also the founder of marketing and communications firm, Ayeworld and serves on the board of directors for both the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce, and the Gwinnett Chamber Foundation. Aysha is also an accomplished speaker, having spoken at Oxford University, Kennesaw State University, UPS, CNN, and multiple radio broadcast stations. We explore today’s landscape of employment, the influences of politics and AI on employment, along with some tips and tricks in preparing to stand out amongst the competitive landscape of future employers.
