from The Women's Fittest Podcast · host Debra Jean Terpstra

Send us Fan MailThanks for listening to another episode of The Women’s Fittest Podcast! This is episode #129 Interview w/ IFBB WP pro Natalie Wolfe. Natalie lives in Michigan (not too far from me) and I’ve known her for almost a decade now! This was a fun chat and walk down memory lane talking about bodybuilding before it blew up on social media. Natalie has been competing since 2005, and it’s a true testament to her longevity that she’s the best she’s ever been after 17 years in the sport. I love her constant message of “take your time” and fall in love with bodybuilding if you want to stay healthy and be successful with it. Thank you for this Natalie! Wishing you the best at Savannah in less than 4 weeks! Topics:Her competition history (17 years— She’s 43) Women and drug use Is  in by magazines and the boards/forums back in the day to learn (not social media) Surviving tragedy Her (over) training styleThe scale Gaining weight in the off-season Losing body fat as you age Making it to the Olympia and the  points system Unhealthy sushiBiggest gym pet peeve Social media Final message Subscribe to The Women’s Fittest podcast as new episodes drop every Monday and throughout the week.
