The story is about a young woman who is part of a tight-knit immigrant community whose mother is hospitalized and ANA has to go to extreme lengths to help her pay for her hospital stay. Aside from acting Dudek is a talented ballerina who studied dance professionally at the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre in New York.
