Romeo "Vi Stylez" Julian is one of the most talented and enigmatic artist of our time.The American recording artist, songwriter and choreographic dancer, is born in 1976 in the city of St Croix ,Virgin Islands, where he passed most of his childhood age.He attended Central High School,St. Croix.  Growing up,Vi Stylez jumped into the street at the age of 16 years as a hustler. His activities in the street at that time,own him a big reputation in the streets of Virgin Islands, as a big notorious.
