Adam Schifter is the Chief Experience Officer of Kingdom Trust, an alternative asset custodian with over $14 billion dollars in assets under custody across more than 100,000 individual accounts. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring positive client experiences across all of the firm's touch-points. Prior to Kingdom Trust, Adam worked in the emerging bitcoin and digital assets industry, helping to grow CoinShares into Europe's largest digital asset management firm and expand the brand's overall marketing footprint. Before focusing on financial services, Adam received his BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and cut his teeth developing customer acquisition and loyalty campaigns for Fortune 100 brands, including AT&T, Coca-Cola, Google, IBM and ViacomCBS. He lives in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife, Emily, and their golden retriever, Murphy.
